How it works

From business context to a working assistant.

Every implementation begins with the customer journey—not the technology. Scope, content and connected actions are agreed before configuration starts.

The process

Five deliberate steps.

A focused route from your approved information to a tested customer experience.

  1. 01

    Discuss the journey

Define the business, customer questions and the next step each conversation should support.

  2. 02

    Choose the approach

Select Basic or Premium, then managed or self-hosted delivery.

  3. 03

    Supply approved content

Provide the information the assistant may use and confirm any integration scope.

  4. 04

    Configure and test

Shape the experience, verify answers and test agreed workflows before release.

  5. 05

    Launch and maintain

Deploy in the chosen placement, then keep content and connected systems current.

Website placement

Three ways for customers to access Servadot.

01

Website widget

A compact button that opens an assistant panel while customers browse your website.

02

Dedicated website page

An assistant embedded within a page on your website, with more space for conversation.

03

Linked standalone page

A separate assistant page opened from your website or shared directly with customers.

Delivery model

Placement and hosting are separate choices.

Either delivery model can support a widget, dedicated website page or linked standalone page.

Managed service

Setup fee + monthly subscription

Servadot configures and hosts your assistant, includes AI usage within your plan allowance, and handles maintenance.

Self-hosted

One-time implementation fee

Servadot deploys to your supported hosting environment, then hands over source code, installation materials and guidance.

Compatibility, access permissions and connected actions are confirmed for each project.
