These terms

These terms govern your use of the Servadot website and its AI assistant. Servadot is based in Houston, Texas. You can contact us at info@servadot.com.

A business that buys a Servadot assistant or another paid service will also have an accepted proposal or order. That order states the plan, price, scope, billing terms, support and cancellation arrangements. The accepted order controls if its commercial details differ from these general website terms. Opening the website or assistant does not place an order for a paid service.

The assistant

The assistant is an AI system, even if it is given a name or an image. It can help explain Servadot’s services, answer questions using approved information, and take an enquiry or callback request where offered. AI answers can be incomplete, wrong or out of date. Check important information on the relevant website page or with our team.

The assistant cannot enter a contract, approve a discount, guarantee a result or confirm that a transaction has happened merely by saying so. It does not provide legal, medical, financial or other professional advice. Use your own judgment before acting on its replies.

Enquiries and callbacks

You may submit an enquiry or ask for a callback through the website or assistant. Give us accurate details that you have the right to share. We may use those details to respond. A submitted request is not a booking, a purchase or a promise to call at the exact time requested. We will make clear when a form has been successfully submitted.

Using the service responsibly

Use the website and assistant lawfully. Do not try to bypass security or usage limits, interfere with the service, impersonate another person, or submit material you do not have permission to use. Do not include passwords, full payment card numbers or unnecessary sensitive records in a chat. We may limit access when reasonably needed to protect the service, address abuse or comply with the law.

Services for businesses

Basic services generally provide answers from approved business information, guidance and enquiry handling. Premium services may include specific workflows or integrations agreed in an order. Website examples describe possible applications; they do not mean every example is included in every plan. Usage allowances, setup work and support are as stated in the accepted order.

For a managed service, Servadot operates the agreed components. For a self-hosted service, the client generally operates its own hosting and provider accounts, with Servadot support only as agreed. Third-party AI, hosting, email, messaging and connected systems may have their own charges and terms. The accepted order states which costs and responsibilities are included.

Your content and our materials

You keep ownership of the business information and documents you provide. You give us permission to use them as needed to provide and support the agreed service. You are responsible for their accuracy, for having the right to submit them, and for approving any document offered to visitors for download.

Servadot retains its rights in its name, website and pre-existing technology. Any rights to delivered code, customization or other work are described in the accepted order. Third-party software remains subject to its own license.

Availability and responsibility

We take reasonable care in providing our services, but websites, connected providers and AI systems can have outages or errors. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, a particular assistant answer, or a specific sales or business result. Nothing in these terms removes any right or remedy that the law does not permit us to exclude.

Privacy updates and contact

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. We may update these website terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. An update to this page does not by itself change an already accepted paid order; changes to that order follow its terms and applicable law.
